An all-Alessandria establishment, spearheaded by the now decade-long experience of brewer Alessio - AKA "Allo" - Gatti, the brewery CANEDIGUERRA was established in early 2015 in the center of the Piedmontese provincial capital, in an old, largely abandoned industrial estate. With an essentialist image that reflects the underlying philosophy of its beers, CANEDIGUERRA features a range of traditional brews that respect the stylistic canons of reference, all unfiltered and strictly unpasteurized, produced using the most advanced technologies and quality control processes available in the sector.

Brewery born in 2014 in Domodossola (VB) in Piedmont from the idea of Michele and Matteo. In 2017 Gianpaolo also joined the company dealing with sales and marketing. Balabiòtt was born with the idea of producing classic European styles, to satisfy the demand of an audience not very accustomed to the IPA fashion that became popular in those years. In 2020 Boia Brewing Company was born, a "spin off" with the need to turn to a specialized market more focused to market trends. Today the brewery produces 1600hl per year with a 12hl brewhouse and 276hl cellar.
