Today, after years of research and production improvement, we propose a collection of wines that are born exclusively from grapes grown into our estate, subjected to a meticulous selection. Over 100 hectares of vineyards are condensed in a contained and premium quality production, which has placed us over time among the best exponents of our territory.

We are a farm and a winery, we grow local grapes with organic methods and we produce natural raw wines. In 2017 we also start the microbrewery, inside of the winery. The brewing production follows the same philosophy of wines: spontaneous fermentations, long raging periods of maturation in oak barrels, use of our grapes. Our beers and our wines are strictly linked to our territory.

ChinottISSIMO was born from the original recipe for the first chinotto made and marketed in Italy with enormous success by Pietro Neri until the late 1960s. Although the company, plant, and trademark were later sold, the products’ original recipe still remains a jealously-guarded family secret.

The project of the Agricultural Italian Beer called LA MOROSINA is the revival of an ancient tradition of the territory of the park of the river Ticino. Not later than a century ago, in the valley of the Ticino river, the beer was produced using raw materials grown and processed within the farms. Barley, water and hops have always drank and refreshed the inhabitants of this rural reality.
