Flea is a brewery that respects the golden rules of craft beer: use only pure water and only a short chain of malt and quality controlled. This is why the malts used for the production of Birra Flea derive from barley grown in the family farm, so as to guarantee the short supply chain agri-food. Flea beers do not contain non-malted cereals, they are neither filtered nor pasteurized, but refermented in the bottle in order to preserve their original organoleptic characteristics to the maximum, without the addition of chemical additives and preservatives.

BIRRA LA DAMA was born in 2012 in Rome. Here we experimented through a creative brewery laboratory, leading us to know "beers" in all its forms. Today, after brewing experiences in various parts of Europe, our new home is located in Bedizzole, a town near the shores of lake Garda. Our work does not consist only in producing beer, but we also create quality food products with it, designed with artisans from all over the national territory. At the Rurale we are six members and, although we are no longer alone in taking care of our adventure which began in 2009, we think that our beers can suffer from "multiple personalities".

Today, after years of research and production improvement, we propose a collection of wines that are born exclusively from grapes grown into our estate, subjected to a meticulous selection. Over 100 hectares of vineyards are condensed in a contained and premium quality production, which has placed us over time among the best exponents of our territory.

Le nostre birre hanno in comune personalità, pulizia, la facilità di beva e rispetto dei tempi: la ricerca è sempre quella di amalgamare gli ingredienti classici e le eventuali spezie in modo che il bilanciamento sia perfetto e che ogni elemento lavori di comune accordo con gli altri. Siamo il primo birrificio Veneto ad aver ottenuto la chiocciola, il massimo dei riconoscimenti nella Guida alle birre d'Italia di Slow Food, nelle ultime due edizioni (2019 e 2021).

Buttiga was founded in 2008. From 2013 it began a continuous growth that brought La Buttiga until today. This path, also marked by the opening of two owned pubs "La Buttiga Beer Room" in Milan and the development of the project "Barrel Aged" started in 2014. In 2018 an important collaboration with the Chinese market started. Today the recipes are more than 30. In Dec. 2020 the project "beer in cans" started. The projects for the year 2022 foresee a new change of production plant with a consequent increase of the produced volumes and the opening of the third PUB "La Buttiga Beer Room"
