In the mid'70s a young Giuseppe and his trusted dog, were riding a moped through the green hills of Umbria looking for the perfect spot to find truflles. One day they saw a majestic oak tree towering on top of a hill and decided to stop to look around. They found beautiful and fragrant truffles. Sapori di Bosco Molisani was born in 2002 and daily with passion produces and transforms black and white truffes, porcini mushrooms, truffle sauces and oil.
