We are producers of fresh ready meals packaged in a Modified Atmosphere. We do not add preservatives and do not carry out heat treatments so as to preserve the nutritious and organoleptic characteristics. The peculiarity of our production is represented by the high artisan component which elevates us compared to the world of industry. Our laboratory, characterized by the most modern cooking and packaging systems, allows us to extend this artisanal production on a large scale. We have more than 300 products including starters, first courses, second courses, ethnic dishes and wellness lines.

We, at De Cecco, only produce high quality pasta, respecting the tradition. To offer you an excellent product we select the best durum wheat grown in perfect climatic conditions all over the world. Each variety has its own virtue: fragrance, taste, colour, protein. In this way we are able to create the perfect blend and we ground it in our own mill. Then we mix the coarse semolina with the purest water of our source. After the bronze drawing and the slow drying, which can last up to 36 hours, the De Cecco pasta is ready. A long process but a simple recipe for over 190 years.
