Pasta Jesce born from the indissoluble love of a family for his territory: Puglia. In love of the tastes of the region and believer to the roots of her city, Altamura, the company begins the production of fresh and dry artisanal pasta. We produce many references of fresh and dry pasta using only bronze dies.
All production is made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina with 14% protein. As per tradition, the drying of dry pasta is done at very low temperatures (max 50 °) for several hours (minimum 18h).
