The Scaglione Gian Luca farm was born to bring on our plates the recipes of Maddalena, a very special grandmother, who already in the 1940s, grew fruit and vegetable in the Cà di Carassa farmhouse, on Canelli hills, in Piedmont.
In 2018 finally Maddalena’s recepis come to life, were created a pickled products, bruschetta and preserving food lines.

We produce cal-mag fizz which we sell with the TORTOROGLIO and FRESCA brand names, together with honey, syrup, jam, joice, sauce,herbal tea, fructose, sodium bicarbonate and typical Piedmontese products as Piedmont-style hors d'oeuvres, bagna cauda, bagnet,wine jelly and candied chestnuts.
