The rice mill produces raw and precooked flours and semolinas, grits and broken rice.

The story begins in 1902 in the municipality of Rose (CS), where few quintals were produced. In order to meet the growing demands of the new markets, in 2002, it built a new generation system that today produces 250 tons. in the 24 hours in the neighboring municipality of Montalto Uffugo, current headquarters of the joint-stock company ran by the fifth generation of the old family. Over the years it has equipped itself with a state-of-the-art micro and macro mixing plant, a stone mill, an environmentally friendly robotised storage warehouse and an air-conditioned warehouse.
