ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE CERTIFIED GLUTEN-FREE.

2018 news: the risotto made with brown, red and black parboiled rice (cooking time 18 minuti) and the risotto express, cooked in microwave oven and ready in 5 minutes.

The activity began in 1988, when the owner Ferraris Luigi, resumed the agricultural activity of his grandparents Paternal.
The estate covers an area of 130 hectares planted with rice, corn and poplars and is specialized in the production of rice varieties Carnaroli Classico, Baldo Classico, S. Andrea Classico, Arborio and Originario with a production that is around 700/800 tons of paddy rice per year.
Being a farm we produce directly on the farm the rice we sell.
