Founded in 1986, Union Srl is located in Alberobello (BA), in the heart of Puglia, South-East of Italy.
We are specialized in the production of gastronomic excellences from Italian and Apulian tradition: baked goods - in particular Taralli snacks, but also Bruschette, Friselle and Grissini - and slow drying pasta.
Thanks to a careful selection of raw materials and a strict food safety control system (BRC – IFS), we export to Europe and the world products of the highest quality and faithful to the flavors of our tradition.
