The Testa pasta factory was founded in 2008 from an idea by Michele Testa and his family with the prerogative of producing quality pasta.
In 2018 it acquired the ORGANIC certification and currently produces approximately 110,000 kg of bronze-drawn organic dry pasta.
"For the production of our pasta we only use high quality organic raw materials, our commitment is to transform them into a product that enhances their aromas and flavours. Bronze drawing makes the pasta rough and porous. Slow drying at low temperature guarantees unaltered nutritional qualities"
