We grow four type of peppers: Tumaticot, Quadrato, Trottola and the Corno di Carmagnola (presidio SLOW FOOD).
Cascina Fiume also grows and transforms tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, apricots, plums, cherries, peaches and pears.
