Inalpi, founded in 1966, is a reference point in the dairy sector of Piedmont. Its short supply chain involves 300 farmers, all of whom have subscribed to a protocol ensuring high-quality raw materials. In the only premises of 166,500 mq take place all processes, from milk transformation to the production of Gran Biraghi, Gorgonzola PDO, Butter and Ricotta. All certified by ISO 9001:2008.
Both Gran Biraghi and Gorgonzola DOP mature in specific warehouse and afterwards, they are cut and packed in several formats creating Gran Biraghi line (Biraghini, freshly grated, Snack, Grattugia Facile, Slices e Flakes) and Gorgonzola DOP packages
