For over two generations, the Caruso family produce cheeses from locally sourced milk that comes from animail raised in extensive pastures. This pastoralism ensures the supply of fresh and high quality milk which is transformed by combining the traditional cheese making with modern innovative processes. The “Centro Form” produces over 50 different products including the traditional “Pecorino Siciliano DOP” and “Piacentino Ennese DOP”.
