The "Azienda Agricola Mulinello Srl" is a company producing and processing meats of "National Pig and Sicilian Black Pig of the Nebrodi". It has a sow park of 500 animals, and produces an average of 12,000 pigs per year. The reproduction system takes place exclusively through artificial insemination, carried out by a specialized technician, with the help of a nucleus of reproducers in selection of the highest genealogy. Since 30 September 2013, the Ministry of Health has accredited the meat and charcuterie production plant to export to Japan, unique for southof Italy.

Located in Sauris, 1200 meters above sea level in the heart of the Carnic Alps in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris has been producing smoked cured meats for over 50 years, among which the Prosciutto di Sauris I.G.P. and the Sauris Speck. The main feature is the light smoking still done in a traditional way by burning beech wood but a great contribution to the production of these inimitable salami is given by the particular microclimate of this beautiful Friulian valley as well as the wisdom of the tradition of the Petris family.

We are one of the few Italian craft breweries to possess the double certification “Gluten-free” and “Organic”.
The barley, destinated to the malting process, is cultivated by our company, is transformed in Italy and then it starts the brewing process at our company’s premises.
Among our organic beers, our Lager has obtained two awards: a national one, the 2° placement at the “CEREVISIA 2021 Award”, and an international one, a mention of merit at the “World Gluten Free Beer Award 2022”.
