The Salumieri of Castel Castagna is a company specialized in the production of excellent sausages and hams,active for over 35 years.
It is one of the few farms in Italy with a complete chain,because the meat used are derived from a herd of pigs owned, situated on the slopes of the Gran Sasso D'Italia. In june 2013 was inaugurated the new plant of about 5000 square meters.

Located in Sauris, 1200 meters above sea level in the heart of the Carnic Alps in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris has been producing smoked cured meats for over 50 years, among which the Prosciutto di Sauris I.G.P. and the Sauris Speck. The main feature is the light smoking still done in a traditional way by burning beech wood but a great contribution to the production of these inimitable salami is given by the particular microclimate of this beautiful Friulian valley as well as the wisdom of the tradition of the Petris family.

Centro Carne was born in the 1960s and it is specialized in the processing, transformation, sale and distribution of beef and pork. We monitor the entire production chain: from breeding to distribution of the final product. Our origins are strinctly linked to the territory of the Central Apennines: not only do we directly breed marchigiane, romagnole, chianine races but also scottone and black-bred pigs from Romagna and black pigs from Abruzzo.

Salumificio Sfreddo traces its origin back to the year 1968 when Giorgio and Luciana Sfreddo started their own business in a little warehouse close to the University of Trieste.
Few years later they decided to buy a new terrain, situated in the suburbs of the city, were they built up the current legal headquarter and the production plant.

We are one of the few Italian craft breweries to possess the double certification “Gluten-free” and “Organic”.
The barley, destinated to the malting process, is cultivated by our company, is transformed in Italy and then it starts the brewing process at our company’s premises.
Among our organic beers, our Lager has obtained two awards: a national one, the 2° placement at the “CEREVISIA 2021 Award”, and an international one, a mention of merit at the “World Gluten Free Beer Award 2022”.
