The Production Disciplinary is the keystone of the production of Finocchiona PGI. The main ingredient is the seed and/or the flower of fennel that with its typical aroma gives the unmistakable taste to Finocchiona PGI. Selected ingredients are used with top quality fresh meat as well as seeds and/or fennel flowers such as salt, pepper, garlic and, optionally, wine.
