In the mid'70s a young Giuseppe and his trusted dog, were riding a moped through the green hills of Umbria looking for the perfect spot to find truflles. One day they saw a majestic oak tree towering on top of a hill and decided to stop to look around. They found beautiful and fragrant truffles. As the year went by the young truffle hunter became a business company it is today one of the most significant realities of Umbria. This company now its called Colle del Tartufo and its simbol is an oak tree, to honor that magic place that gave so much to Giuseppe and his family
