At Ponte d’Arbia, in Tuscany, on the path of the Via Francigena, between the Val d'Orcia and Arbia, our Pastry workshop was born 60 years ago.
Our biscuits are made as they once were, following rules rooted in our tradition, with simple and selected ingredients, without the addition of dyes, nor preservatives and with all the love we have for our land.
We bake the famous Cantuccini with Almonds but also other types, several flavours of Soft Amaretti, Crunchy ones, Ricciarelli and Panforte as well as some traditional breakfast biscuits

In 1858 Antonio Mattei opened his business in Prato for the production and sale of typical Almond Biscuits (Biscotti di Prato), commonly known as 'Cantucci' or 'Cantuccini', and also of other Tuscan sweet specialties.
