Birra Perugia, an historic brand founded in 1875, is today an award-winning independent and artisan reality. The idea of ​​the current members was simple, ambitious and a little crazy: to re-establish the brewery after almost 90 years and make it one of the best craft companies in the country. After long studies and research, the Birra Perugia is once again a reality. The style of the beers produced does not follow the fashions of the market but the idea of ​​originality, flavor, balance, drinkability and finesse of its creators.

Like any self-respecting success story, NOIZ is born in a garage, the first beers are snapped up so Marco and Michele decide to take the plunge. Each NOIZ beer is the result of a passionate experimentation that never loses contact with tradition.
The production plant consists of a 10HL brewhouse, a 90HL cellar with isobaric filling line (cans / bottles / kegs) and finally a cold room where the packaged product can be stored.
In the same building you will find the TapRoom where you can enjoy our beers at their maximum freshness.

Artcafé came out of an idea that reflects the culture of our past, of a land steeped in tradition and art, of a life experience and passion for our work.
Artcafé coffee is not only an exceptionally high-quality product, but it is also the result of a long experience in the world of coffee and of an innovative choice in taste and quality - all of which is reflected in our packaging and in our communications.

Flea is a brewery that respects the golden rules of craft beer: use only pure water and only a short chain of malt and quality controlled. This is why the malts used for the production of Birra Flea derive from barley grown in the family farm, so as to guarantee the short supply chain agri-food. Flea beers do not contain non-malted cereals, they are neither filtered nor pasteurized, but refermented in the bottle in order to preserve their original organoleptic characteristics to the maximum, without the addition of chemical additives and preservatives.

We started brewing beer the same way you often start playing the guitar. As self-taught, driven by the desire to make our own something that we liked in the way that others did.We started for ourselves, trying and trying again, making mistakes many times and treasuring mistakes every time we started over. Stubbornness brought us to the moment when the result satisfied us enough to want to share it. With respect for tradition, curiosity for the new and attention to quality.

BIRRA LA DAMA was born in 2012 in Rome. Here we experimented through a creative brewery laboratory, leading us to know "beers" in all its forms. Today, after brewing experiences in various parts of Europe, our new home is located in Bedizzole, a town near the shores of lake Garda. Our work does not consist only in producing beer, but we also create quality food products with it, designed with artisans from all over the national territory. We offer production consultancy, local set-up, beer tasting and hombrewing courses, haccp.

Birrificio dei Castelli was founded in Arcevia in the province of Ancona in 2012 from the idea of Giovanni Petroni and Roberto Coppa, owners and founding members of the brewery as well as, first of all, lovers and good beer drinkers.
In the realization of each of our beers we seek balance and smoothness through an accurate choice of raw materials, long production time and maturation, attention to detail and patience.
Award-winning in several competitions, both in Italy and abroad, brewers have remained faithful to their way of beer brewers, not to beer trends.

Birra Bellazzi was born in 2013 from a project by Federico and Alessandro. The "sregolata" family moved in 2016 from Bologna to the new headquarter with production and tap room in San Lazzaro, where Lorenzo, Elena and Enrico contributed to get the project more serious!
Our beer is eclectic, we are inspired by styles from all over the world, reinterpreting and personalizing them.

Vetra nasce da un gruppo di amici provenienti da esperienze molto diverse, ma uniti da un obiettivo comune: rendere la birra buona accessibile a tutti.
I fondatori hanno unito alla genialità del mastro birraio Stefano Simonelli, gli skill in ambito mixology e gestione locali di Andrea Paci, ed il talento in ambito marketing, comunicazione e branding di Gabriele Cucinella, Stefano Maggi e Ottavio Nava.
Dal nome Vetra alla tagline Birra di strada, fino all’identità visiva, il branding si ispira alla cultura di strada, o meglio alla “controcultura”.

La Birra Elvo ha origine nella valle omonima alle pendici del Mombarone. L'acqua, materia prima principale, essendo estremamente leggera (0,44° f), è particolarmente indicata per la produzione di birre a bassa fermentazione in stile tedesco. La lunga maturazione e il confezionamento senza filtrazione e rifermentazione conferiscono al nostro prodotto leggerezza e qualità organolettiche uniche.

Il Birrificio Vecchia Orsa nasce nel 2007 e costruisce percorsi lavorativi per ragazzi disabili; i colleghi imbottigliano, etichettano e valorizzano ogni prodotto con l’inconfondibile gusto sociale. Oggi produciamo 12 stili di birra artigianale, tutte ad alta fermentazione, in bottiglie da 33 cl. ed in fusti da 24 litri. Abbiamo inoltre a catalogo una birra speciale affinata in barrique ed una linea di gelatine di birra, studiate per accompagnare salumi e formaggi. Accanto al sito produttivo, nel quale organizziamo periodicamente visite guidate, disponiamo di un pub recentemente rinnovato.

Brewery born in 2009 in Montefiascone (VT) and raised in 2013 in Bagnaia (VT). In 2019 the adventure continued with a new property, maintaining a strong link with the Viterbo area.

Il Birrificio Campestre è una piccola azienda artigianale nata nel 2015 nei Colli Orientali Friulani più precisamente a Corno di Rosazzo (Udine) . Il Birrificio si trova in un capannone rimodernato, dove la parte posteriore ospita la produzione e fronte strada è stata realizzata una spaziosa tap room dove da ottobre a maggio si può gustare le birre prodotte mentre da giugno a settembre la tap room vede la sua "versione estiva" con il chiosco allestito vicino al birrificio.

Siemàn, "six hands" in our local dialect, is a farm born in 2014 in Villaga (VI), on Berici Hills, by the three Filippini brothers : Marco, Daniele and Andrea. We are a farm and a winery, we grow local grapes with organic methods and we produce natural raw wines. In 2017 we also start the microbrewery, inside of the winery. The brewing production follows the same philosophy of wines: spontaneous fermentations, long raging periods of maturation in oak barrels, use of our grapes. Our beers and our wines are strictly linked to our territory.

The brewing and all its rituality is our passion. This is the reason why in 2015 Davide Verrando and Marcello Saltarelli joined their skills and talents and gave birth to the craft brew house La Brewery, a young company, up with the times. We love to select the ingredients, follow the fermentation process and, above all, experiment. Our main goal? To deliver the quality of real craft beer to bars all over Italy, to share the pleasure of tasting it in a conscious way, appreciating its flavour and personality.

First of all a craft brewery is made of people who share a project and a method. And the beer produced is often the expression of the personality of who make it. The beers we produce are unpasteurized, unfiltered and without the addition of any preservative, a true natural product in which those flavors and aromas not perceptible today in industrial beers are enhanced. At the Rurale we are six members and, although we are no longer alone in taking care of our adventure which began in 2009, we think that our beers can suffer from "multiple personalities".

To achieve excellent levels of quality, the premises have been kitted out with the latest technology: a cuttin-edge brewhouse, an isobaric bottling plant, a specious refrigerating room and a fully-equipped inhouse laboratory.
The brewery produces both low and high fermentation references all packaged in isobaric.

During 2020, first year of activity, the brewey obtained prestigious national and international awards.
