The project of the Agricultural Italian Beer called LA MOROSINA is the revival of an ancient tradition of the territory of the park of the river Ticino. Not later than a century ago, in the valley of the Ticino river, the beer was produced using raw materials grown and processed within the farms. Barley, water and hops have always drank and refreshed the inhabitants of this rural reality.
It’s with the same enthusiasm that we now realize our beer, produced with raw materials cultivated entirely within the boundary of our farm.

BEERS AND CIDERS We pruduce beer in Brianza (not far from Milano) since 2007, deep rooted in our region but distrituted all over Italy too, with both spontaneity/originality and a lot of technique. We've got a great range of beers, taking inspiration from belgian and german and english traditions, but also following new trends, including barrel aged and sour beers (among them we invented a beer fermented with sourdough yeast, called BIRRA MADRE). We won a lot of awards (see, for example, our well known LA VERGUENZA). Since 2019 we produce CIDERS, all dry and sour!

This path, also marked by the opening of two owned pubs "La Buttiga Beer Room" in Milan and the development of the project "Barrel Aged" started in 2014. In 2018 an important collaboration with the Chinese market started. Today the recipes are more than 30. In Dec. 2020 the project "beer in cans" started. The projects for the year 2022 foresee a new change of production plant with a consequent increase of the produced volumes and the opening of the third PUB "La Buttiga Beer Room"

Flea is a brewery that respects the golden rules of craft beer: use only pure water and only a short chain of malt and quality controlled. This is why the malts used for the production of Birra Flea derive from barley grown in the family farm, so as to guarantee the short supply chain agri-food. Flea beers do not contain non-malted cereals, they are neither filtered nor pasteurized, but refermented in the bottle in order to preserve their original organoleptic characteristics to the maximum, without the addition of chemical additives and preservatives.
