Siamo il primo birrificio Veneto ad aver ottenuto la chiocciola, il massimo dei riconoscimenti nella Guida alle birre d'Italia di Slow Food, nelle ultime due edizioni (2019 e 2021).

Buttiga was founded in 2008. From 2013 it began a continuous growth that brought La Buttiga until today. This path, also marked by the opening of two owned pubs "La Buttiga Beer Room" in Milan and the development of the project "Barrel Aged" started in 2014. In 2018 an important collaboration with the Chinese market started. Today the recipes are more than 30. In Dec. 2020 the project "beer in cans" started. The projects for the year 2022 foresee a new change of production plant with a consequent increase of the produced volumes and the opening of the third PUB "La Buttiga Beer Room"

Flea is a brewery that respects the golden rules of craft beer: use only pure water and only a short chain of malt and quality controlled. This is why the malts used for the production of Birra Flea derive from barley grown in the family farm, so as to guarantee the short supply chain agri-food. Flea beers do not contain non-malted cereals, they are neither filtered nor pasteurized, but refermented in the bottle in order to preserve their original organoleptic characteristics to the maximum, without the addition of chemical additives and preservatives.

BIRRA LA DAMA was born in 2012 in Rome. Here we experimented through a creative brewery laboratory, leading us to know "beers" in all its forms. Today, after brewing experiences in various parts of Europe, our new home is located in Bedizzole, a town near the shores of lake Garda. Our work does not consist only in producing beer, but we also create quality food products with it, designed with artisans from all over the national territory. Our craft brewery Birrificio Bradipongo was born in 2012 in North-Eastern Italy from the idea of Andrea and Anna, cousins and both Food Technologists. With a little insanity we decided to take on the challenge of spreading craft beer culture in our land, devoted for centuries to wine production. We decided to put a stylised yeast cell on our logo, since we imagine the yeast as the amazing wizard who converts a bitter-sweet no-gas wort into the sparkling alcoholic beverage that we love the most.

Balabiòtt was born with the idea of producing classic European styles, to satisfy the demand of an audience not very accustomed to the IPA fashion that became popular in those years. In 2020 Boia Brewing Company was born, a "spin off" with the need to turn to a specialized market more focused to market trends. Today the brewery produces 1600hl per year with a 12hl brewhouse and 276hl cellar.
