Ghiott Dolciaria of Florence was founded in 1953 by a well-known Florentine family of bakers, and is now one of the leading producers of typical Tuscan confectionery. Ghiott is a family-run business that over the years has specialised in a wide range of products. This includes its crisp almond Cantuccini biscuits ‘Ghiottini’, and its Cantuccini Toscani PGI; as well as a new line of Vegan Cookies, with natural aromas, rice milk, cane sugar, and selected flours stone-ground in Tuscan mills, and high-quality chocolate bars and eggs.
