Unigel was born in 1989 supplying,as a private label,bakery and pastry frozen products mostly to artisans,then extended its activities nationwide.Today it supplies the main groups of large-scale retail trade.Since 2013 it is opened the production site where we realise our flagship product Schiocco, born from the union between pastry and bakery world.Schiocco with its patented recipe, is a unique product without competitors, but this does not stop the continuous research of innovation that characterizes Unigel and makes it a dynamic and versatile company, ready to new markets and new challenges
