TERRE E TRADIZIONI is an organic farm located in the National Park of “Cilento, Vallo di Diano e Alburni”. We produce a wide array of organic foods in line with the Mediterranean tradition such PASTA-FLOURS-BAKERY-LEGUMES-TOMATO SAUCES. We only use ANCIENT VARIETIES of grains such as TIMILIA, MAIORCA and RUSSELLO, very rich of antioxidants like polyphenols, enzyme activator minerals such as Iron, Zinc and Manganese and with a very low Gluten Index which makes them highly digestible and fit for those who suffer from gluten intolerance or high sensitivity different from the celiac disease.
