MAISON COLIBRI was founded in 1896 in Pons, a small French village better known as "The city of biscuitsi". He makes his fortune by selling the delicious sweets on a wooden cart to travelers of the nearby railway station. Over the years it undergoes an industrialization process but always maintains its craft bases. After over a century of activity, MAISON COLIBRI continues to churn out its delicacies faithfully following the traditional recipes, using high quality raw materials and the passion of its master confectioners.
