Serra Industria Dolciaria s.r.l. produces in its modern factory in Novi Ligure, certified IFS and ISO 14001, hard and filled candies, also organic or without sugar, and toffees. Since 2018 it has also started producing fruit bars, truly innovative and "healthy". It is aimed at modern Italian and international distribution, exporting to 30 countries.
Its most famous brand is "Le Specialità Italiane (R)", a line of candies with a few natural ingredients (a "short list") such as extracts and juices from the best local specialties of Italy, including PDO and PGI.
