Sardaformaggi is a company specialized in the production of cheeses and sheep's ricotta and since 1963 the exclusive activity has been to produce, in respect of Sardinian tradition, Pecorino Romano, pecorino cheeses, fresh and seasoned sheep's ricotta.
The production plant is located in Buddusò (OT), in the center of Northern Sardinia, on the Monte Acuto plateau, renowned for the production of a sheep's milk that benefits from the quality of mountain pastures.
At Figline Incisa Valdarno is the packaging and marketing plant.
