San Vincenzo di Fernando Rota Srl is a company specialized in the production of typical cured meats and cheeses of the Calabrian tradition.
It was born in 1977 in Spezzano Piccolo (CS), on the mountains of Sila National Park and is surrounded by an air defined by recent scientific studies, as the cleanest in Europe. San Vincenzo's products mature here. They are divided in 3 lines: D.O.P. of Calabria, Calabrian black pork salami, San Vincenzo traditional salami.
Thanks to the certifications BRC, IFS, ISO 22005, it always guarantees high quality standards of its products "100% Made in Italy" .
