The origin of the company dates back to the end of the years ' 50, when the two founding partners, Rocco and Enzo, began to butcher artisanally and in a rather precarious structure, two to three pigs a week. Through the years the activity developed both on the side of the markets served and on the side of the sources of supply. The company today covers an area of 3,500 square meters covered and develops three production lines employing 20 people. The company caters to retailers, wholesalers, large-scale distribution, Ho.Re.Ca., gastronomies and other industries by serving the national market.
