The name stands for Quality Beer because this is our promise: to make a quality Aretigianale beer, putting the utmost attention in selecting the raw materials and above all a lot of passion in all phases of the production process. The brewery was founded in January 2020 and at the end of July, the plants are ready, the very first crush is made: a pils that three months later unexpectedly wins the gold medal at the prestigious international Brussels Beer Challenge in the bohemian pilsner category.
