Pinsami is based in Reggio Emilia (Italy) and it's Leader in the production of high-quality Italian artisanal Pinsas.
Born with the name of Pinsalab, Pinsami sells its pinsa bases in Italy and in Europe, in mass market and Food Service both, with a wide range of sizes and references, and different preservations (fresh, frozen, ambient).

All of our pinsa bases are the result of carefully selected raw materials, slow rising and
stretching strictly by hand.
Our facility is equipped with modern kneading and packaging systems to ensure the highest possible quality standards.
