The Pastificio Caponi is a Tuscan pasta factory, which produces dried egg pasta since 1953. The factory exclusively produces “laminated” pasta, following a processing cycle almost entirely
manual, carrying out a meticulous research of raw materials.
For some years we have started to produce gluten-free pasta (made from corn and rice) and for some months we have also started to produce durum wheat pasta.
The raw materials of the three types of products are of high quality and of exclusively Italian origin.
