Pascal is a dairy company in the north of Italy founded in 2014. The PASCAL production, covered by European patent, is based on an acquired KNOW-HOW and a strong INNOVATION component concerning the UHT treatment of milk-based products. Its technological plus allows to realize a UHT STABLE PRODUCT, whose biochemical structure has not been altered by the thermal treatment, and does not need the addition of synthetic stabilizer agents.
We only use fresh and locally-sourced milk and cream. Pascal stands out for its product entirely Made in Italy, which are easy to store, to transport and to use.
