Bread, pizza, pinsa and much more: this is a family story dated back to 1948. Since three generations we rely on respect for traditional recipes, continuous selection of top quality ingredients and use of mother yeast to constantly guarantee the highest quality of our products. WE CAREFULLY SELECT RAW MATERIALS: we use only Italian ingredients, all our products go through a long leavening and are completetly hand stretched. We mix water, extra virgin olive oil and mother yeast. At Cibus we present our frozen precooked specialties: pizza bases, topped pizzas, focaccia and our new pinsa.
