‘Nduja San Donato, owned by the Pugliese family, is among the first artisan companies to develop in the area where the ‘Nduja originates: Spilinga, on the slopes of Mount Poro, in the province of Vibo Valentia.
We have always been concerned with using quality raw materials, scrupulously observing the ancient manufacturing process through its typical phases, above all: natural smoking and slow aging.
We do not use preservatives, dyes or other food additives. Only meat, salt and sun-dried Calabrian red pepper, after all, for us, Quality is a simple thing.
