Since 1967 Molini del Ponte has been producing flour, semolina and excellent products with its historic natural stone mills dating back to the end of the 19th century and its modern cylinder mill, an expression of avant-garde technology.
Only the best grains, exclusively hard and soft grains grown in Sicily, are delivered to the mill, where each single grain is processed in purity thanks to the use of advanced technological tools such as the optical sorting machine and the instruments of electronic control of humidity and brushing of the grains.
