Tiziano Assolini opened his first bakery in 1974 producing bread, sweet and savoury product. In the 2000 he opened his 10th shops and started to made deep frozen specialtyes for his shops and for other customers. Located 50km far from Milan, Matteo today supplies bakeries, distributors and large retail bake off corner in Italy but also in Europe. Matteo want to bring the Made in Italy taste closer to new market according to BRC and IFS Standard and manteining the artisanal process and look.
