Our story begins in the 60s, when Domenico Longhi began in Urbania, a small truffle industry.
Today the company is led by Domenico's son, Ravaldo.
Despite this generational change, product selection is still meticulously cared for and the processing, still performed by hand according to old family recipes that make the truffle delicacies.
Our philosophy is to focus on the characteristics and the quality of our product, which have the advantage of telling characteristics of a territory, the love of our land and inseparable attachment to tradition.
