The handicraft pasta factory La Romagna was established in 1950 by Mr. Libio Fratini who, with the precious cooperation of his wife, opened the very first fresh pasta shop in the Umbria Region. Today the quality and the genuinity of the ancient flavours is carried out by Libio Fratini’s daughters and grandsons who represent the third generation of pasta making. Aong the whole range of products, the umbrian Strongozzi have always been distinctive for being the typical pasta of our territory and it was Libio Fratini to be the very first one to produce this particular kind of pasta.
