BIRRACRUDA is a microbrewery specialized in unfiltered, unpasteurized, non-refermented, low fermentation high quality craft beers.
Our HELLES won the 1st and the 2nd prize at the BEER ATTRACTION context in 2020 and 2018. At the same context our BOCK placed 1st in 2020, and the WEIZEN 2nd in 2019. These prizes honors us and reinforce our belief that our brew Master and partner, mr. Grassini Marco, is doing the"right things". We condition in isobaric and keep all beers refrigerated.
