Our artisan society, located in the North Italy in the dairy sector from 3 generations is traditionally linked to the production of Taleggio Pdo, Gorgonzola, Pdo, specialized to the production of goat cheeses and typical row milk cheeses of Lombard mountain.
All our cheeses are produced with a traditional work. Our firma has in Introbio, in Valsassina, a renowned valley for the excellence of its cheeses, historical and natural grottoes of ‘800, where there is the seasoning of the products. Our specialties are distributed in all Italy, exported in Europeans countries ,in many world countries.
