Our company was founded in 1901 in Piemonte, a land full of woods and mushrooms (our brand represent a farmer picking up mushrooms). Our founder, Lorenzo Galfrè, started working with recipes still in use today like antipasti with tuna and vegetables and mushrooms in olive oil and dry. Our range is completed by sauces and creams ready to spread, all products with top quality raw materials and artisanal working process.
