Foodlab was born in the heart of Italian Food Valley. We have an important goal for 20 years: create a smoked salmon, extraordinary in taste and irresistible its appearance. We select the best fish that the clear and uncontaminated North seas can offer and we work it with our traditional method, enhancing flavours and texture of the meat. Our particular smoking method we applied it to other fish species making our products unique. Our range contains not only smoked, but also carpaccio, marinated, flavored or steamed.
