F.lli Pinna Spa was established in 1919 and is nowadays the largest Dairy Factory in Italy, specialized in the production of cheeses and ricottas from sheep and goat milk, both fresh and seasoned. PINNA offers a very large range of top quality cheeses, which are exported worldwide, from the U.S. to the Far East Asian countries. The most well-known product is definitely the PECORINO ROMANO Cheese, which is also the most famous Italian sheep cheese, granted with the Protected Designation of Origin. The product range is then completed by two more PDO Products, the classic Pecorino Sardo and the
