Emilio Mauri Spa is an Italian Company founded in 1920, producing and ageing a large range of fresh and matured Cheeses, like Taleggio,Quartirolo,Gorgonzola, Gorgonzola with Mascarpone and a lot of other cow and goat milk cheeses. Mauri is synonymous of high quality cheeses. Its products are manufactured following the ancient tradition and aged in the Natural Grottoes of Pasturo Valsassina in the Italian Alps, where the special environment gives to the cheeses a unique flavour and taste.
