Elia La Boulangerie was born in Salerno.
A modern and innovative center for the production of bread, pizza and bakery products with several points of sale in the area in constant growth.

We bake all day, according to a continuous process that respects the rising times. We follow an artisan path but with the help of modern techniques.

Particular interest is reserved for conservation. Nowadays, to meet the needs of the Ho.Re.Ca. and of the large-scale distribution, most of our products are also available pre-cooked frozen foods or raw semi-finished products to export the flavors of our land.
