The company is located in the heart of Sila, in Calabria. The Silano Plateau at 1300 meters above sea level, is the ideal place, thanks to its climate, for the curing of our cured meats.
The experience achieved, after four generations, allows us to obtain the various typical products of the high quality Calabrian delicatessen.
Operating now throughout the national and European territory, our factory is in possession of the requirements required by EC laws. In addition our company is a partner of the Association for the promotion and protection of "Salumi di Calabria" D.O.P. .
