The Val d'Aveto dairy factory was established in 1991. The yogurt! Our yogurt’s secret is its recipe. We have managed to create a thick Greek yogurt softness without its customary acidulous taste. An ancient technique similar to “bain-marie” cooking, trial and error, slow cooking and patience are our small secrets.
This unique recipe gives us lots of sweet, fresh flavours in appetising colours.
