We cater to those people who wish to drink beer with quality food. For this reason, we produce beers that can accompany any dish, from the burger to the lobster.
In our brewery – an 1850 old cotton mill under the Sacra di San Michele - we produce many and varied beer styles (currently 16 crafted, unfiltered and unpasteurized beers). Their names are inspired by classical music, and some of them have won 4 awards from UnionBirrai: Norma was elected as “Beer of the Year” in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015, and Carmen won the third prize in 2011.
